<p>A wound treatment device 10 includes a seal 14 of variable size for attaching the device 10 to various locations on a patient for treatment of wounds or lesions. The seal has a plurality of weakened areas 34, 36, 38 which allow portions of the seal to be removed for increasing the size of the seal opening 12 to accommodate wounds or lesions of different size.</p>
