An ultrasonographic device includes: an ultrasonic probe for transmitting/receiving an ultrasonic wave to/from an examinee; an uniformity calculation unit which calculates a probability density function parameter relating to uniformity of a biological tissue of the examinee according to the probability distribution of amplitude values obtained at a plurality of measurement points in a target region of the ultrasonic signal based on a reflected echo signal measured by the ultrasonic probe; an image generation unit which generates a tissue uniformity image with a gradation obtained according to the calculated parameter; and a display unit which displays the generated tissue uniformity image.
