<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacturing a paste for an electrode of a fuel cell from which a high output is stably obtained. <P>SOLUTION: After catalyst-carrying carbon is dried under vacuum, water is added while controlling an additive ratio for the purpose that a value of (weight of water)/(weight only of the carbon expect catalyst metal) becomes to be in a range of 16-27, and they are mixed and agitated by a centrifugal agitator being rotated while being revolved (first process). By this, air is forcibly driven out of surface of the respective catalyst-carrying carbon, and water is filled even in gaps among the carbon powders. Then, furthermore, as a second process, a Nafion solution is added, similar agitation is carried out, and the paste for the electrode is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
