PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a letterpress printing machine for simply and evenly manufacturing a light emitting layer of a polymer organic EL element using a letterpress printing machine, and to provide an organic EL element formed by using a letterpress printing machine as well as its formation method. SOLUTION: The letterpress printing machine includes a cylindrical plate cylinder that rotates with a plate equipped, a substrate plate for placing a substrate to be printed, an ink roll and an ink feeder for supplying ink to the ink roll.
