PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle with a suspension for adjusting the energizing force of a spring member depending on the moving speed of a piston part. SOLUTION: This motorcycle 1 (the vehicle) includes the rear suspension 18 provided between a rear wheel 16 and a main frame 3 for functioning to damp expanding force when the rear wheel 16 and the main frame 3 are relatively moved. The rear suspension 18 includes a spring 31 for energizing the rear suspension 18 in the elongating direction, a cylinder part 22 having an oil chamber 23 to be filled with oil, the piston part 24 arranged in the oil chamber 23 of the cylinder part 22, a sub tank part 33 having an oil chamber 33b into which the oil flows from the oil chamber 23 of the cylinder part 22, and a spring moving mechanism 35 for moving the end of the spring 31 in the energizing force increasing direction depending on the moving speed of the piston part 24.
