PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connector plug wherein a plug side socket-shaped core conductor detachably engaged with a receptacle side pin-shaped core conductor is surely held by an insulating housing. SOLUTION: With respect to a receptacle connector equipped with a pin-shaped core conductor disposed on a first substrate, a first cylindrical outside conductor covering its circumference, and a first insulating housing to insulate and hold the pin-shaped core conductor and the first cylindrical outside conductor, this connector plug detachably connected to the receptacle to form conduction with each of the core conductor and the outside conductor is disposed on a second substrate. This connector plug is equipped with a socket-shaped core conductor to get engaged with the pin-shaped core conductor, a second cylindrical outside conductor to get engaged with the first cylindrical outside conductor in an inscribed or circumscribed state, a second insulating housing to insulate and hold the socket-shaped core conductor and the second cylindrical outside conductor. The socket-shaped core conductor comprises a metal tube having a collar part at its rear end part, and the rear end part having the collar part is embedded in an insulating resin serving as the second insulating housing.
