<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy of a working machine in a work stand-by state by positive control by enabling positive control of the working machine even if a remote control valve and a pump regulator of the working machine are separated far from each other, and reduce load against the environment. <P>SOLUTION: This slewing working machine includes a slewing bed on a traveling body, is provided with a working device and an operation room on the slewing bed, and operates a hydraulic actuator provided at the working device by hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pump driven by a driving device provided on the travelling body with control signal from the operation room. This device is provided with a control device executing positive control controlling delivery quantity of the hydraulic pump to the minimum delivery quantity when the control signal indicates an operation stand-by state of the hydraulic actuator.
