PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide capable of reducing deterioration in the optical characteristics, even if it is bent repeatedly. SOLUTION: This optical waveguide has a center layer, including two or more of core layers 110 arranged to be positioned on the same plane and the first cladding layer 120 provided between the two adjacent core layers, and a second cladding layer 200 provided, at least on both a surface and a reverse face of the center layer, at least faces of the core layers and the first cladding layer, in a side contacting with the second cladding layer, contain at least one resin selected from among a group comprising a resin having a hydroxyl group and a resin containing silicon-silicon bonds in the main chain, and the second cladding layer contains silicone resin.
