PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system which is inexpensive and compact and is easy to install and has an excellent workability. SOLUTION: An imaging device 10 includes an imaging means 11 which sets imaging condition information of the image device 10 according to input control information and generates digital data containing image data acquired by imaging under the set imaging conditions and the imaging condition information, and a digital transmission and reception means 12. An information processing device 30 includes a digital transmission and reception means 31, an image analyzing means 32 for analyzing the data transmitted from the digital transmission and reception means 12 to the digital transmission and reception means 31, and a controlling means for generating control information for changing the imaging conditions of the imaging means 11 according to the analysis result of the image analyzing means 32. Digital data containing the control information generated by the controlling means 33 is transmitted from the digital transmission and reception means 31 to the digital transmission and reception means 12 and is provided to the imaging means 11.
