PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device that operates even during power interruption caused by a disaster and notifies an abnormality even immediately after the occurrence of damage. SOLUTION: The communication device 10 can supply power by a line for executing information transfer. The communication device includes a detection means (20) which operates on the basis of power supplied from the line part so as to execute control for detecting the propriety of an abnormality of a voltage of a transmission path formed in a facility, and a communication control means (30) that executes control for notifying the detection result obtained by the detection means to a specific contact address through the line on the basis of a request.
