PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-miniaturize common mode current suppressing filter suppressing propagation of a high-frequency noise current, generated in a printed circuit board, to a cable through a connector. SOLUTION: An HIS 101 increased in parallel inductance is constituted by electrically connecting first-layer conductor small pieces 102 which are periodically arrayed to a ground plane 5 by a pleated conductor column 103 having conductor pleats 123 whose thickness is more than twice as large as a skin depth in a desired band-gap frequency band. The HIS 101 is provided at a periphery of a connector 108 of the printed circuit board 100.
