PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting method of an electrostatic countermeasure component, reducing a drop of characteristic impedance of a transmission line in a mounting position of the electrostatic countermeasure component on a circuit board when the electrostatic countermeasure component is mounted on the circuit board. SOLUTION: In this mounting method of an electrostatic countermeasure component, the electrostatic countermeasure component is mounted by setting backside wiring 20 upward so that an upper surface (a surface having an upper surface protection resin layer 17) side of an insulation board 11 contacts the circuit board 25.
