PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition, a forming method for a conductive film, and a conductive film capable of forming a conductive film at low temperature and during a short period and suitably forming the conductive film on a base material with low heat resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive composition contains silver oxide (A), and fatty acid silver salt (B) having one or more of hydroxyl groups. It is preferable that the fatty acid silver salt (B) has two or more of hydroxyl groups. The forming method for a conductive film comprises a film coating formation process of forming a coated film by applying the conductive composition on the base material, and a heat treatment process of obtaining the conductive film by heat-treating the obtained coated film.
