PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of efficiently attaching a columnar protruding member of a small diameter which is punched out from a resin high in flexibility while preventing burrs generation regarding the method of manufacturing a movable contact with protrusion used for a panel switch or the like for input operation of various electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The protruding member 45 is formed by applying a half-cut working on a first base material 56 in which the first resin film 51 high in flexibility and a first reinforcing film 53 composed of material quality higher in rigidity than that are pasted together via a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 52, the first resin film 51 is peeled off so that the protruding member 45 after the process formation remains in the first reinforcing film 53, and laminated onto the second resin film 61 coated by an adhesive 47, and after that, the protruding member 45 is attached to the second resin film 61 by curing the adhesive 47.
