PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which enables easy fitting of a shaft member 3a into the internal diameter side of a hub 4, even if this shaft member 3a has groove portions 22a for acquiring detection signals at required spots only. SOLUTION: This shaft member 3a is composed of an outer tube 30 and an inner shaft 31. The outer tube 30 out of these has a circular tube-like shape and the groove portions 22a in an axial portion of its outer circumferential surface to arrange cables 32 for acquiring the output signals of individual sensors 19B<SB>1</SB>, 19B<SB>2</SB>. The inner shaft 31 is fitted in the outer tube 30. Between the outer peripheral surface of the outer tube 30 out of these and the inner circumferential surface of the hub 4, a rotation support device and a state quantity measuring device are provided.
