PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine dispenser which carries out inspection operation easily and accurately and prevents generation of waste sheets of subdivision packing paper or the like, and also to provide a medicine dispenser system equipped with the medicine dispenser. SOLUTION: The medicine dispenser system 1 stores medicines dispensed from a main storing section 20, a sub storing section 120 and a manually scattering unit 23 in a medicine preparation section 80 on a main unit 2 side so that a dose of the medicines is stored in each compartment 81a and delivers each dose to a medicine packing section 21 successively. The main unit 21 includes a printing unit 99 for printing on the sheets of subdivision packing paper 98. The sheets of subdivision packing paper 98 is printed at a point of time prior to a timing at which the medicines contained in a predetermined compartment 81a is delivered by a period of time necessary for the sheets of subdivision packing paper to move from the sheet of subdivision packing paper 98 through the printing unit 99 to the medicine packing section 21.
