PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table napkin support for surely catching falling food and drinks and preventing the contamination of clothes and a floor or the like. SOLUTION: The table napkin support 10 comprises a mounting means 11 provided with an outer periphery 13 exceeding the scattering range of the falling food and drink indicated by a conical body for mounting a table napkin 1, and a fastening means 12 for fastening the mounting means 11 to the upper part of the scattering range below the mouth of a wearer 6. The mounting means 11 has a breast pad part 15 provided with a neck pad 14 in a recessed shape at the upper center and formed into a shape along the breast of the wearer 6 sitting in a back muscle angle vertical posture or the like, and a receiving base part 16 formed by extending the breast pad part 15 downwards and bending and raising the extended end upwards in a circular arc shape.
