PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation structure having a simple structure and capable of preventing trouble, such as, stagnation of waste dust materials in a threshing chamber and deteriorating of the threshing treating efficiency in a threshing part and effectively recovering grains contained in the waste dust materials, while preventing deterioration in separating actions with a re-separation mechanism, without causing increase in cost or size. SOLUTION: The separation structure 200 is applied to a combine harvester 1 equipped with a winnowing mechanism 300 containing a suction fan 350 arranged above a shaking separation mechanism 210. In the separation structure 200, a dust feed port 121 for releasing the waste dust materials, containing threshed materials and unnecessary materials to the shaking separation mechanism 210, is installed on the downstream side in the grain culm transport direction of the threshing chamber 120 in the threshing part 100. In a suction fan 350, a plurality of first suction blades 352a, located substantially the same position in the width direction of the machine body as a passage route P1 of the waste dust materials on the shaking separation mechanism 210, has a large action length, as compared with a plurality of second suction blades 352b located in other parts.
