A briquette using aluminum waste sludge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, wherein the briquette using aluminum waste sludge is produced inexpensively, has high heating power, and is ignited well as compared with ordinary briquettes. A manufacturing method of a briquette using aluminum waste sludge comprises: preparing an anthracite powder; preparing sorted waste sludge with a predetermined particle size range through the milling process; mixing 55 to 65% by weight of the anthracite powder with 45 to 35% by weight of the sorted waste sludge; mixing ocher or ordinary soil as a binder with a mixture of the anthracite and the waste sludge in the amount of 10 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the mixture of the anthracite and the waste sludge in a process of mixing the anthracite with the waste sludge; and molding a briquette and drying the molded briquette in an ordinary manner. A briquette using aluminum waste sludge is manufactured by mixing 55 to 65% by weight of the anthracite powder with 45 to 35% by weight of the sorted waste sludge, mixing a binder with a mixture of the anthracite and the waste sludge in the amount of 10 to 20% by weight based on the total weight of the mixture of the anthracite and the waste sludge, and molding the mixture in the form of a briquette. |
