<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect internal reforming type SOFC easy to prevent heating shortage of a reformer, and to provide its operation method. <P>SOLUTION: The indirect internal reforming type SOFC has: a reformer manufacturing reformed gas from hydrocarbon fuel; an SOFC generating power by using the reformed gas obtained with the reformer; a combustion region burning anode offgas exhausted from the SOFC; and a casing housing the reformer, the SOFC and the combustion region. The SOFC has a burning fuel supply means capable of supplying burning fuel to the combustion region not through the reformer, and the reformer is arranged in the position capable of receiving combustion heat generated in the combustion region. In the operation method of the indirect internal reforming type SOFC, the SOFC has a means capable of supplying burning fuel to the combustion region not through the reformer, the reformer is arranged in the position capable of receiving combustion heat generated in the combustion region, and the SOFC has a burning fuel combustion process supplying burning fuel to the combustion region with the means not through the reformer and burning fuel in the combustion region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
