<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the development of ununiform color due to the difference in doubling order in the reciprocating scanning of a recording head in an inkjet recording. <P>SOLUTION: The arrangements of discharge port trains of two kinds od ink doubling in the reciprocating scanning is set to have an arrangement order, in which, in each one of the reciprocating scanning, the case, in which the striking positions of a main droplet and of a satellite are different from each other (or the dot area becomes larger) happens earlier than other case. Thus, the area of the portion, the color of which becomes different in response to the change of the doubling order in the reciprocating scanning, and of a dot can be reduced as compared with the case of an arrangement order opposite to the arrangement order. As a result, the difference in the color relishes between regions, in which respective recordings are executed, in the reciprocating scanning is made smaller and the color ununiformity of a recorded image can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
