<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion apparatus for suppressing the transient flow of excess current, even if a voltage changes that is outputted from a single-pulse converter at regeneration operation. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with the single-pulse converter 1 connected to an AC power supply 9, a DC link main capacitor 2, a DC link voltage supply 3 arranged between the single-pulse converter 1, and a DC link main capacitor 2 and a control system 13 controlling voltage output of the DC link voltage supply 3. The control system 13 controls the inverter 15 of the DC link voltage supply 3 with a prescribed control period, and controls the inverter 15 with a control period which is shorter than the prescribed control period, when voltage outputted from the single-pulse converter 1 is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
