摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control stable levitation at all times by reducing the effect of gap-sensor noises. <P>SOLUTION: An excitation voltage arithmetic operating section 131 arithmetically operates the excitation voltage of an electromagnet 105 by using the signal of a gap sensor 121. Then, a sensor-less excitation voltage arithmetic operating section 135 arithmetically operates the excitation voltage of the electromagnet 105 by using the signal of a current sensor 123. An excitation voltage adjusting section 137 adjusts the mixing rate of an output value from the excitation voltage arithmetic operating section 131 and an output value from the sensor-less excitation voltage arithmetic operating section 135 in response to the gap length of a levitated body 111. The effect of the gap-sensor noises is reduced by controlling the excitation of the electromagnet 105 at the output value from the excitation voltage adjusting section 137, thus controlling the stable levitation at all times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
