PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multifunctional flow cell allowing cost reduction and recycling. SOLUTION: In a base plate 2 provided with a plurality of screw holes 11, a window pane 4a is placed at a window pane attaching frame 3, and a packing 6 is placed at a base plate packing attaching frame 5. In a retaining plate 7 provided with a plurality of screw holes 12, a window pane attaching frame 8 and a packing attaching frame 9 are formed, and a window pane 4b is placed at the window pane attaching frame 8 of the retaining plate. The base plate 2 and the retaining plate 7 so constructed are subjected to positioning and fixed with screws 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d to form a cell 13, resulting in construction of a multifunctional flow cell 1.
