摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of detecting always excellently crustal distortion as a symptom of crustal movement from a seismic center by preventing interference with a radio wave for radio communication used for various radio communications or a radio wave for radio broadcast used for various broadcasts, and especially enabling a switch wherein mercury-based liquid having excellent fluidity and a high surface tension is used as a movable contact to react excellently with the crustal distortion as the symptom of the crustal movement such as an earthquake of an epicentral earthquake or the like or volcanic eruption. SOLUTION: This crustal movement prediction sensor mechanism 2 disposed deep underground in a place where the crustal movement is desired to be predicted includes at least a crustal movement prediction sensor of at least one kind of a longitudinal type 12, horizontal types 13a, 13b, 14a-14d and a tilted type. The crustal movement prediction sensor of at least one kind is equipped with a pipe; a fixed contact provided on the pipe; and a movable contact comprising the mercury-based liquid, and stored in the pipe so as to be operated by the crustal distortion as the symptom of the crustal movement.
