PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scooter-type motorcycle for actualizing the lowering of a seat by lowering the position of a power unit, while sufficiently securing the capacity of fuel by preventing the interference of a fuel tank with a cushion unit. SOLUTION: The fuel tank 28 is arranged in a center tunnel 76 which is formed by swelling a vehicle body cover in front of the seat to the upper side. On the other hand, a suspension 41 to which a power unit 39 is connected in an up-and-down rockable manner consists of a cushion lever 41a rockably journaled to the lower part of a vehicle body frame 11, a link rod 41b for connecting the cushion lever 41 at its one-side end to the power unit 39, and a rear cushion unit 42 mounted between the other-side end of the cushion lever 41a and the vehicle body frame 11, and the rear cushion unit 42 is vertically arranged rising on the front lower side of the seat 13 between the fuel tank 28 and the power unit 39.
