PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plywood which is attached corresponding to an attachment surface having an uneven or curved surface. SOLUTION: The plywood 2 is constituted so that a plurality of unit boards, which are formed in a sheet or a thin plate shape having parallel sides and which form unit board layers 2a, 2'a in a lamination cross section, are stacked and adhesively laminated in a manner that the fiber direction (a) of the vertically adjacent unit board layers 2a, 2'a crosses at an inclination angle of 30-60°reversed alternately to the sides c, c'. The plywood 2 is attached by bending along an uneven or curved surface to be installed. There is possibly a case that joining sections 5 for abutting and joining the adjacent sheets of plywood 2 by being engaged with or superimposed on each other, are formed on the sides c, c' of the plywood 2.
