PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work picking device with a simple structure, capable of separating pieces of round work with a projection portion projecting in the thickness direction on a one-by-one basis to be ejected. SOLUTION: This work picking device 1 stores a plurality of pieces of stacked round work 7 constituted by projecting the projection portion 72 in the thickness direction T and separates the round work 7 on a one-by-one basis. The work picking device 1 changes the rotational speed of a tubular storage portion 3 by rotation means 4. This assigns relative inertia force in the circumferential direction C for the tubular storage portion 3 to the plurality of pieces of round work 7 stored in the tubular storage portion 3, so that the plurality of pieces of round work 7 are displaced in the circumferential direction C relative to the tubular storage portion 3. Therefore, this matches the position in the circumferential direction C of the projection portion 72 of the lowermost round work 7 located on the lowermost side among the plurality of pieces of round work 7 with the position in the circumferential direction C of an outlet portion 311 to drop the lowermost round work 7 from the tubular storage portion 3.
