PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of a game machine capable of preventing fraudulent unlocking and easily performing locking. SOLUTION: The locking device of the game machine includes an attaching plate 1 fixed to an inner frame supported by a body frame so as to be open on one side, an inner frame locking rod 2 disposed at the attaching plate 1 slidably in a vertical direction, and a glass frame locking rod 3 similarly disposed at the attaching plate 1 slidably in the vertical direction. To the inner frame locking rod 2, a lock plate 5 for regulating the sliding in the vertical direction of the inner frame locking rod 2 when locking the inner frame is pivotally attached. The attaching plate 1 is provided with a lock pin 14, and the lock plate 5 is provided with a Z-shaped groove hole 51 to which the lock pin 14 is inserted to maintain the lock plate 5 at a locking position and an unlocking position.
