PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an object by accurately reflecting the affectivity and the will of the living body to the object. SOLUTION: In a biological information processing apparatus 100, an image as stimulation is displayed under the condition in that a measuring device 1 is mounted to the user's head, and a brain activity signal is measured by NIRS module 13 and a physical motion signal is measured by a motion sensor 20 at the same time, and the affectivity identifying information is formed from the measured brain activity signal and physical motion signal and the brain activity signal estimate value and the physical motion signal estimate value are calculated simultaneously, and the recognition rate showing the affectivity reaction of the user is calculated by computing each measured estimate value by using of the contributing rate arranged via study processes, and a control signal is formed based on the recognition rate in order to output to PC2, and the display of a displaying device 3 is changed according to the control signal.
