PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outside appearance of a wiring cover device in an attached state to be attached to a wiring slot formed in a top panel. SOLUTION: The wiring cover device includes a cover body 3 to openably/closably cover an opening of a frame body 2 fitted into the wiring slot 107, and guide support means 4 to support the cover body 3 in an opened state by opening the cover body 3 from a closed state and to store the cover body 3 within the frame body 2 while turning the cover body 3. When the cover body 3 is in the closed state, one longitudinal end of the cover body 3 covers one longitudinal side edges 6a and 6b of an upper opening edge 6 of the opening of the frame body 2 from above. The guide support means 4 includes a turning arm rod 21 to support a transverse side part of the cover body 2 in such a way as turnable in the vertical direction, and a guide groove hole 23 to guide an end turning shaft part 22 of the turning arm rod 21 obliquely upward along the transverse direction of the wiring slot 107. The end turning shaft part 22 is located on the lower end side of the guide groove hole 23 when the cover body 3 is in the closed state, and the end turning shaft part 22 is transferred to the upper end side of the guide groove hole 23 according to the opening turning of the cover body 3.
