<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal capacitor which can remarkably improve electrical conductivity, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The metal capacitor includes: a groove formation part; a terminal increased metal member 11 having first and second electrode lead-out parts; a metal oxide layer 12 formed in the metal member; a plurality of main electrode layers 14 which are formed in the groove formation part in a manner that a number of grooves formed in the groove formation part of the metal member may be varied; an insulation layer 15 formed in the main electrode layers and the metal member so that the first and second electrode lead-out parts may be exposed outside; a number of conductive connection layers 16 which are formed in the main electrode layers and the insulation layers in a manner that it may orthogonally cross the first and second electrode lead-out parts and connects the main electrode layers; a first lead terminal 21 to be selectively connected with the first and second electrode lead-out parts; a second lead terminal 22 to be connected with the main electrode layers; and a sealing member 30 to seal the metal member with the connected lead terminals in a manner that the respective lead terminals may be exposed outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
