<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology of connecting a cable or an electric wire to easily and securely connect the cable or the electric wire by a simple member and tool and reduce the size of a connection part of the cable or the electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: Core wires 34 and 36 projected from end parts of a pair of cables 30 and 32 are connected. A flat film or sheet 10 is directly or indirectly wound around and fixed to an outer peripheral face end part of one cable from an outer peripheral face end part of the other cable. Thus, a cylindrical body 48 formed of the flat film or sheet is formed between end parts of both cables.
