The clamp has a clamp unit (10) with a surface (10k) freely protruding in mounting position with a profile (10p) and another clamp unit (12) with two parallel shank arms (12k1,12k2). Another profile is provided on the side of the latter clamp unit lying on the opposite side of the shank arms. The latter profile is formed for receiving and fixing a rail.
