<p>Disclosed is an oily cosmetic which comprises: (a) 50 to 99 mass% of an oily phase which has a liquid form at 25°C; (b) 1 to 7 mass% of dextrin (palmitate/2-ethylhexanoate); and (c) 0.001 to 10 mass% of a coloring material and/or a pearlescent agent other than a laminated film powder, and which has a viscosity of 3000 to 20000 mPa s as measured on a BL viscometer at 30°C. The oily cosmetic may further comprise (d) silicic acid anhydride and/or hydrophobized silicic acid anhydride.</p>
