<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the efficient maintenance of a plurality of image processing apparatuses by dispatching a service person who is dispatched to one of image processing apparatuses also to the other image processing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 10A detects the pressing of a call button, and issues call-button pressing identifying information serving as request identifying information. The image processing apparatus 10A searches for the other image processing apparatus 10B, and transmits the issued call-button pressing identifying information to the detected image processing apparatus 10B (1). Furthermore, the image processing apparatus 10A transmits the call-button pressing identifying information serving as the request identifying information and the image processing apparatus identifying information of the image processing apparatus 10A to a management apparatus 20 (2). When the pressing of a call button of the image processing apparatus 10B is detected, the image processing apparatus 10B transmits (3) the call-button pressing identifying information received from the image processing apparatus 10A and image processing apparatus identifying the information of the image processing apparatus 10B to the management apparatus 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
