<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise an quality of service to a customer. <P>SOLUTION: A communication system includes: a portable terminal equipped with a short-distance radio communication means; a communication device equipped with a short-distance radio communication means so as to enable short-distance radio communication with the portable terminal installed in a predetermined service providing space; and a management server connected to this communication device through a network. The portable terminal includes a request information transmission means to transmit request information in the service providing space to the communication device by the short-distance radio communications. The communication device includes a request information transfer means to receive the request information transmitted from the portable terminal by short-distance radio communications and transmit it to the management server.
