<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter unit which can be manufactured in a simplified assembling process while having a structure capable of unfailingly cooling a switching element, and can be miniaturized by efficiently accommodating a plurality of components configuring an inverter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter unit has a main circuit substrate 100 in which a plurality of components configuring the inverter circuit are mounted, and a case 1 having a cooling means 31 and accommodating the main circuit substrate 100. The main circuit substrate 100 has a structure in which at least a switching element 130 and discrete components 110, 120, 140, 150 among the plurality of components are mounted on a first surface 101 of one side, the first surface 101 opposes a predetermined opposite surface 10 inside of the case 1, and the main circuit substrate 100 is fixed on the case 1 in a state where the switching element 130 is disposed so as to contact the opposite surface 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
