PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling-embedded air conditioner capable of suppressing the intrusion of cold air to a driving means and preventing dew condensation on a louver driving means. SOLUTION: This ceiling-embedded air conditioner comprises the driving means for driving a louver for changing the wind direction of cold air supplied from a supply opening formed at a decoration panel, and a protective member for protecting the driving means from the cold air, and the protective member includes a rib for compressing a foamed member at its position kept into contact with the foamed member forming the supply opening and having a heat insulating function.
