PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner preventing loosening or falling of trapped rubbish at detachment by easily carrying out positioning by a simple composition and providing accurate holding even when there is dispersion and differences in length sizes of air filters to be slid and attached/detached, and providing smooth insertion and extraction. SOLUTION: The air conditioner is composed by detachably attaching the air filter in the back face side of a suction grille provided with an insertion/extraction opening. A positioning part defining an attachment position of the air filter, and a holding part holding the air filter in the attachment position are provided in an insertion/extraction opening neighborhood of the suction grille, and in the air filter corresponding to this.
