PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vehicle to turn a corner without giving an uncomfortable and uneasy feeling to a safe driver who does not like receiving lateral acceleration during cornering, in control devices (6, 7, 8) for vehicle which secure a driving force necessary for running the vehicle. SOLUTION: This control device for vehicle includes: estimation means (steps S1, S2) for collecting information on at least vehicle weight, current speed, the curvature of the corner of a traveling route and a road surface slope before the corner, and for estimating lateral acceleration to be generated in the vehicle when the vehicle travels at a current speed at the corner; and handling means (steps S3 to S6) for, when the result of the estimation means is equal to or more than a predetermined threshold, recognizing that a condition is satisfied that the safe driver has an uncomfortable and uneasy feeling, and for reducing the driving force.
