摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve many problems in embodiment of a solar cogeneration device as a product even though a cogeneration system obtaining heat at the same time as electric power is promising, wherein solar power generation is expected as an energy supply source of a next generation, but presently, energy conversion efficiency of a power generation cell is about 15%, a necessary light receiving area is large in any installation site, and it is practically disadvantageous in comparison to energy devices using petroleum and gas in aspects of installation space and energy unit price or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A direction of commercialization of the cogeneration device for electric power and heat using sunlight is presented by presenting technical measures in regard to a loss reducing measure of heat scattered by radiation and heat conduction from a top face of the power generation cell during the midwinter of a winter season, simplification and performance enhancement of a mechanism collecting heat generated by the power generation cells, and a structure and a material system preventing freezing positively operating even during the midwinter of a winter season. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
