PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluid device capable of progressing a multistage reaction by one operation. SOLUTION: This microfluid device is equipped with a first chamber storing reactive particles on which a first reaction material having a smaller density than sample liquid, to be reacted with a target material in the sample liquid, and having a sample liquid introduction port and an outlet to which the reactive particles floating on the sample liquid are moved; a second chamber positioned on the downstream side more than the first chamber, storing a second reaction solution containing the labeled second reaction material to be reacted with the target material reacted with the reactive particles and immobilized thereon, and having an inlet into which the moving reactive particles are received and an outlet to which the reactive particles floating on the second reaction solution are moved; and the first linking channel for linking both channels. In the microfluid device, the first chamber inlet is provided on the upper side in the centrifugal direction more than its outlet, and the second chamber inlet is provided on the lower side in the centrifugal direction more than the first chamber outlet, and the second chamber outlet is provided on the lower side in the centrifugal direction more than its inlet, and the first linking channel is tilted in the centrifugal direction.
