PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of performing accurate comparing operation even when using a transistor having large variations in threshold, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: Transistors 104 and 105 are used to compare input signals VIN1 and VIN2. A boosting circuit 100 has a first input terminal CIN1 connected to a first input/output terminal of the transistor 104, second input terminal CIN2 connected to a first input/output terminal of the transistor 105, a first output terminal COUT1 connected to a gate terminal of the transistor 104, and a second output terminal COUT2 connected to a gate terminal of the transistor 105, and boosts or steps down the voltage at the gate terminal of the transistor 105.
