PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase reliability of accommodating a game machine into a cylindrical sheet. SOLUTION: Of rollers getting involved in sending out a sheet body TS, an end roller pair 54 positioned at the lowest course of a sheet body conveying passage has a conductive surface layer 54a including a conductive sheet on the roller surfaces. The conductive surface layer 54a is electrically conducted to a device rack 32 by a contact terminal and conductive cord, which are not shown in the figure, and is connected to the ground via the rack 32. Accordingly, even when the sheet body TS is electrostatically charged, the static electricity is discharged to the ground via the device rack 32 from the conductive surface layer 54a by the contact of the sheet body TS with the conductive surface layer 54a of the end roller pair 54. A sheet extension mechanism SF inflates the sheet boy TS held by the end roller pair 54 from the side of sheet body end part TSE and blows positive charged air from an air blowing body 85.
