PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for preparing a catheter for discharging fluid from the human bladder. SOLUTION: The kit is for preparing a catheter for medical use from catheter parts which are shorter than the catheter. The catheter is separable into two or more catheter parts configurable into two structures. In one structure, the catheter parts are joined with each other to form a catheter that is longer than each catheter part. In the other structure, the length of the catheter is shortened.
