PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of obtaining information such as the game result of others and comments on playing a game and also acquiring information that a player wants to know in the middle of playing the game. SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a display device; an input device capable of inputting characters; a storage device capable of storing character data indicating the input characters; and a controller programmed so as to execute (A) processing of receiving the input of the characters from the input device, (B) processing of storing the character data indicating the input characters in the storage device, (C) processing of determining whether or not a prescribed game state is generated, (D) processing of specifying the character data corresponding to the kind of the game state from the character data stored in the storage device when determining that the prescribed game state is generated, and (E) processing of displaying character images corresponding to the specified character data at the display device.
