PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can easily excite interests of players. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a requirements on-standby game state control means which controls the game to a requirements on-standby state that allows the shift to other game states upon the establishment of the specified requirements. The specified requirements further contain the first and second requirements. The machine is also provided with a dually shiftable game state control means which validates the establishment of the first or second requirements as well even when any of the first and second requirements is established and controls the game to a dually shiftable game state that allows the shift to either of the normal game state or the advantageous game state from the requirements on-standby game state and a preferentially shiftable game state control means which validates the establishment of the second requirements only when the second requirements are established and controls the game to a preferentially shiftable game state that allows the shift only to an advantageous game state preferential for players from the requirements on-standby game state.
