The mechanism has a flat raft fastened in center, above or down to all parts e.g. leg, of the body of a swimmer from wrists to ankles, where the flat raft is provided in a horizontal level. The flat raft is set in action with wavelike movements of the body starting from the wrists and ending to the ankles. The flat raft is formed from a thin flexible material (2) that is selected from one of rubber and plastic. Hard flat ribs (1) made of thin metal or plastic are inserted into bags. Belts are inserted into the bags, where the belts are locked under the hands and legs of the swimmer.
