The arrangement has an assembly line in which a vehicle and/or vehicle parts (3) are guided, and a moving trolley (7) carried along the line between a starting position (A) and an end position (B) in a movement-coupled manner. The moving trolley exhibits a return mechanism that automatically returns the trolley from the end position in a direction of the starting position. The return mechanism exhibits an energy storage element i.e. spring, that stores the energy during movement (I) of the trolley to the end position, where the trolley is returnable with the stored energy.
